My name's Ben and you may not know me.. I am a Dad, an ordinary guy with a mad dream to go on an extraordinary adventure. I am going to climb to the very summit of the highest mountain on every continent!

I am climbing these for a cause close to my heart. Suicide is the number 1 cause of death for young men. Most of you reading this will have had your life touched by suicide one way or another, I know I certainly have! Andy’s Man Club is a fantastic charity providing safe spaces and support for men struggling with mental health. Taking on the stigma and teaching men #itsokaytotalk.

 

I am climbing for men everywhere who might not want to wake up tomorrow. I am climbing for men that might not know where to turn. I am climbing for all average, borderline overweight, take away obsessed dads out there, like me, to show what is possible when you focus and step towards it! One, slow, baby step at a time! Help is out there, all you have to do is take that first step!
